The Man with Glasses has placed special emphasis on the presence and performance of Bahram Afshari as the film’s main actor and the actor who plays the roles of Halim, Cambusia, and Dariush. It seems that Afshari has taken Reza Attaran’s place in Iranian comedy cinema in recent years, and Reza Attaran’s decline in his recent comedy films, such as “Beach Villa,” has meant that he can no longer be counted on as a comedian who can sell and guarantee box office sales.
The story progresses in a comedy until the middle, and the audience is waiting for something funny to happen at any moment, but suddenly the genre of the film changes and becomes an action film. The change in the genre of the film causes “The Man with Glasses” to lose its rhythm, but the audience quickly connects with the action genre.
However, until the first half of the story, the viewer sees a copy of the series “Man of a Thousand Faces”. A man who is mistaken for others due to his resemblance. Also, as the story continues and the genre changes, the film becomes similar to the works of “John Wick” and even some of the dialogues and sequences are copies of these works.
